Our sustainability goals
Sustainable commitment with vision
Our sustainability goals are deeply rooted in the environmental, social and economic areas. With clear goals that go beyond legal requirements, we are actively shaping a sustainable future. Find out how we are already taking concrete steps today to bring about positive change and work towards a better future.
Our three focus goals
Our sustainability targets reflect our commitment to taking concrete measures to reduce our ecological footprint, assume social responsibility and ensure economic sustainability. Our annual progress reports transparently show how we are progressing along this path.

Social goal
We set standards for employee satisfaction
We know that motivated employees are the key to success. That is why we have set ourselves the goal of continuously increasing their satisfaction – from a very good 4.0 points (out of 5.0) in 2024 to 4.5 by 2027. To achieve this goal, we rely on transparent communication, targeted training and a working environment that encourages creativity and personal responsibility.

Economic goal
We make sustainability in the supply chain transparent
Sustainability does not end at our factory gates. To this end, we are in close contact with our long-standing suppliers and business partners, who, in addition to quality and purchasing issues, should also give us an insight into their sustainability work. We are committed to 100% of our suppliers and service providers by 2025 on the basis of sustainability aspects throughout to evaluate (status 2023 – 0%). To this end, we conduct supplier surveys, send out our Code of Conduct and define criteria for the sustainability assessment and audits of our suppliers. Based on our existing key figures for supplier evaluation (% rate A-E suppliers), we can work together to make our supply chain even more sustainable.

Ecological goal
We will be CO2-neutral by 2028
We have an ambitious goal: climate neutral by 2028! We have already been able to reduce our CO2 footprint by 25% thanks to solar power and our electric company fleet, but we are not satisfied with that. By 2028 we want to be climate-neutral and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions in the areas of Scope 1, 2 and 3* to 0 (incl. offsetting). In 2023, our greenhouse gas emissions are at an absolute value of 257 tCO2e. We will collect further relevant data, work continuously to reduce emissions and invest in certified offsetting projects for the remaining emissions that cannot currently be avoided.
