Tips for the perfect pasta dish

Spaghetti
For long pasta types such as spaghetti, we recommend generously pouring the creamy filling of the pesto over the pasta and mixing it in. Use a fork to twist the noodles up nicely and place them in an elongated shape on the plate. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. The pasta is finished off with fresh basil leaves. The result? A classic, aromatic masterpiece.
Strozzapreti
Even short pasta can be arranged attractively and tastefully on a plate. For short pasta such as penne or strozzapreti, intense pestos such as Pesto Rosso are ideal. Together with grilled vegetables, chopped herbs and roasted pine nuts, the creamy pesto is mixed into the pasta and discreetly served on a plate with occasional blobs of pesto.
Volanti
Pasta types such as volanti, farfalle or orecchiette are also particularly suitable for pesto, as the pasta absorbs a lot of sauce due to its shape. Small pieces of paprika round off the enjoyment perfectly. Spread some of the pesto on the plate and then arrange the pasta on the side. The rule is: less is more!
