Who we are
In most cases, people are driven by personal motives. Our company was also founded in this way. As a child of the ’68 movement, Byodo founder Michael Moßbacher – like many of his generation – was looking for a meaningful activity. Work that focuses on partnership, sustainable action and community.
Our philosophy
100% passion, 100% conviction and 100% organic ingredients. And this claim does not end with the product. Attention to detail, reliable professionalism and better service, which is confirmed time and again by our retail partners - all of this is practiced with dedication at Byodo.

What makes us tick
Because we achieve incredible things as a community. Hand in hand. At eye level. With a full heart. For a sustainable world. For a better tomorrow. Step by step. On the common path.
Values as an incentive
Since our beginnings, we have based our work on our values: Respect, togetherness, quality, innovation and doing business differently. They provide us with guidance in our daily work and permeate all our decisions, considerations and behavior. We are proud of the fact that we consciously do business differently!

How we work together
At Byodo, we live authenticity, courage and empathy. We celebrate our successes together. Our collaboration is characterized by a lively feedback culture in which we openly admit mistakes and learn from each other. We support each other and promote cross-divisional, agile working with a focus on efficiency and transparency.
Our commitment
Of course, we at Byodo also dare to look beyond our own ecological horizons: it is important to us to promote healthy nutrition for children - we are committed to this with our BIObegeistert initiative. At the same time, we also support people for whom the focus is not on the question "How do I eat?", but rather "What do I eat?".
