Pressing through bronze dies ensures a slightly roughened pasta surface - so the delicious sauce sticks particularly well.

We use sun-ripened durum wheat and emmer semolina from Italy for the Byodo pasta variety - for perfect firmness to the bite.

Is sustainable packaging important to you? Us too! That’s why we at Byodo have switched all our pasta specialties to paper packaging. It is made of paper with the “FSC Mix” certification. It therefore contains materials from FSC-certified forests, recycled material and material from controlled sources (Controlled Wood). This mix of materials promotes responsible forest management.
