100% made in Italy
Our pasta is made entirely in Italy, the country known for its rich pasta tradition. Every batch is produced with the utmost care. This means that our pasta is not only authentically Italian, but is also made to the highest standards.
Italian durum wheat semolina
In addition to production in Italy, we also only use Italian durum wheat semolina. This ensures the perfect bite and optimum cooking stability. It also gives our pasta its unmistakable taste and rich golden yellow color.
Traditional production with bronze dies
Unlike conventional pasta, which is often made with smooth Teflon dies, the majority of our pasta is pressed through traditional bronze dies. This gives it a rough surface, which ensures that the sauce adheres particularly well to the pasta and gives the pasta a high-quality texture. Try it out for yourself!
Sustainable packaging
Our entire Byodo pasta range has been converted to paper packaging. It is made of paper with the “FSC Mix” certification and therefore contains materials from FSC-certified forests, recycled material and material from controlled sources.
