After purchasing a Byodo pesto, you can upload your receipt to our promotion page. After successful verification, we will refund the purchase price.

Our promotion applies to our pestos, the Pesto alle Genovesethe Pesto Calabrese and the Pesto Rosso. Please make sure that you buy the right product for your cashback claim to be valid.

You can buy Byodo pestos in many organic markets, supermarkets and online stores. You can find a list of our retailers here: Retailer search – Byodo

The purchase period runs from April 1 to July 31, 2025 and you can upload your receipt by July 31, 2025 (23:59 MET) at the latest.

Please note that the promotion is limited to 200 entries per week. If this limit is reached before the end of the respective week within the campaign period or the closing date for entries, no further entries will be possible. On Monday 9:00 a.m. of the following week within the promotion period, 200 entries will again be possible.

The files can be uploaded as JPEG or PNG (max. 12 MB).

After successful verification of your receipt, we will transfer the amount to your account within approx. 4 weeks. You will not be notified of the payment process.

Participation is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age and has a residence in Germany and a bank account within the European Union that can be reached using the SEPA payment standard. Employees of Byodo Naturkost GmbH, all persons involved in the development/implementation of the campaign (e.g. agencies, consultants, suppliers), as well as their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.

Participation is possible once per person and bank account. A maximum of the purchase price of one participating pack per person will be reimbursed. Multiple redemptions are not permitted.

A person is defined by the correspondence of:

• First name, last name, address, e-mail address & IBAN

The participant and the account holder must be identical, i.e. you may only register for the promotion using your own account details. Participation with several varieties and/or several packs of one variety is not possible. If multiple participation is detected, only the purchase price for the first uploaded proof of purchase will be refunded; there is no further entitlement to a refund.
Participation will be checked to ensure that the contact and account details are unique. Each proof of purchase may only be used once.

There can be various reasons for this, e.g.

• The purchased product is not eligible for participation.
• The receipt is illegible or incomplete. The following information must be clearly legible: purchased promotional product including purchase amount, name of the place of purchase, zip code of the place of purchase, date and time of purchase, total amount of the receipt and amount for purchased pesto
• The image of your receipt is not in the correct format. The following formats are accepted: .jpg or .png
• The submission deadline was exceeded.

The receipt must be completely visible on a photo. If the receipt is incomplete or illegible, the entire participation is invalid.

Yes, online purchases are also possible. Simply upload a screenshot of your invoice instead of a receipt. Make sure that all relevant information is clearly visible.

If your payout has not been made after 4 weeks, please check your e-mail inbox (including the spam folder) for any queries. If there is still a problem, please contact us at info@byodo.de.

If you are successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Each person with valid participation will have the purchase price of the promotional product transferred to the specified account within a period of 4 weeks after verification of participation. There will be no notification of the payment process.
