Vegan Waldorf salad

Delicious vegan Waldorf salad with fresh fruit & vegetables and a fine soy yogurt dressing made from fruity apple cider vinegar and vegan mayo.

Ingredients
Salad
2 Apples, tart
400 g Grapes, red
4 Bars Celery
200 g Chickpeas, cooked
75 g Walnuts, roughly chopped
Baby spinach, fresh (optional)
Dressing
140 g Soy yogurt, unsweetened
Pepper
Preparation

Core the apples and cut into small pieces. Then halve the grapes and cut the celery into rings. Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl, stir in the dressing and mix in.

Our tip:

Serve the salad on baby spinach for an extra vitamin kick.
