Msp. Tarragon

TL Mittelscharfer Senf

EL Parsley, finely chopped

EL Rapsöl, nativ
Preparation
For the dressing, mix the red wine vinegar with the salt, pepper, tarragon, mustard, parsley and rapeseed oil and season to taste. Then wash and cut the red cabbage and apples and finely dice the onions.
Mix with the rocket and dressing and leave to stand briefly. Garnish with orange wedges and walnuts.
