Byodo opens up the variety of flavors of olive oil
The new extra virgin olive oil from Spain expands the innovative country concept
Mühldorf, April 2025: Byodo Naturkost, the pioneer of organic enjoyment, is expanding its successful organic olive oil range with a new Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Byodo’s olive oil range is unique in its concept: it focuses on the variety of flavors. The new extra virgin olive oil from Spain is another milestone in this range and offers a ripe fruitiness that stands out from the existing organic olive oils with its sweet nuances and mildness.
In summer 2023, Byodo Naturkost took the palate on a Mediterranean taste journey with two new organic olive oils from Italy and Greece.
The green and fruity olive oils from Italy and Greece from Byodo Naturkost delight consumers with their subtle notes of fresh herbs, fresh grass and green fruits, for example.
Byodo has selected another hand-picked olive oil with the utmost care and sensory expertise. The Spanish olive oil brings variety to the table with its mature aromas: it brings sweet nuances to the plate and impresses with its interplay of fruity and floral aromas. It also tastes uniquely mild and conjures up a touch of Spanish flair in every dish.
The new organic olive oil is a perfect example of Byodo’s corporate philosophy, which focuses on the use of high-quality, natural ingredients. Only 100% selected organic olive oil is used, which is carefully cold-pressed.

With our new product, we can now also cover the ripe fruitiness in the flavor spectrum. It is an excellent addition to recipes where a certain sweetness is desired, such as in Andalusian or oriental cuisine.”
An independent panel of experts tests and evaluates the individual taste profiles of the organic olive oils. In this way, Byodo can ensure that each of the oils authentically embodies its regional character.
The new Spanish olive oil from Byodo will be available in most organic stores and online stores from April 1.
