Byodo launches the naturally hottest steak & pepper sauce on the market
Mühldorf – March 2025: Byodo Naturkost, the pioneer of organic enjoyment, is expanding its successful delicatessen sauce range with the new Steak & Pepper Sauce – the perfect combination of pepper and freshness. Thanks to the refinement with high-quality, freshly ground peppers such as Kampot and Malabar, the sauce is naturally peppery and hot.
The barbecue sauces market is led by Byodo Naturkost. The market leader* is demonstrating its innovative strength with a new product on the spicy delicatessen shelf. Byodo’s Steak & Pepper Sauce is the first and only light-colored steak and pepper sauce in the natural food trade. It picks up on the trend for spicy sauces: Thanks to a special blend of pepper varieties such as Kampot and Malabar, it has a unique taste and is naturally hot. Thanks to the use of fava protein, the sauce is vegan and tastes wonderfully fresh and creamy. Like all Byodo products, the steak and pepper sauce is made from 100% organic, farmed ingredients. The sauce is packaged in a white glass bottle with a twist-off lid, which makes it easy to portion out the right amount.

Byodo’s Steak & Pepper Sauce is made from a special blend of ingredients that have been carefully selected to ensure the best taste and quality. All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation and are free from artificial additives. In accordance with the quality guidelines of Byodo Naturkost, which has set itself higher standards, the company uses only 4 of the 56 additives permitted in the EU Organic Regulation.
The Steak & Pepper Sauce from Byodo will be available in most organic stores and online stores from March 1.
