Mild olive complements the CateringLine premium oils

Versatile, subtle olive note


Mühldorf, April 2024: The new Mild Olive in a 5 l canister meets the tastes of restaurateurs and guests alike. It can be used in a variety of ways for salads and cold antipasti as well as for marinating and roasting.


The Mild Olive from the Byodo CateringLine is a harmonious oil composition of extra virgin olive oil (51%) and the finest “high-oleic” sunflower oil (49%) in the usual 100% organic quality. The mild taste appeals to the palates of many guests on the German market who appreciate a subtle olive note. The sunflower oil content from special “high-oleic” seeds shines with its high heatability, which opens up a variety of uses from hot to cold.


The new Mild Olive joins pure extra virgin olive oil, extra mild and virgin rapeseed oil and extra mild sunflower oil in the premium oil segment of the Byodo CateringLine. With the different types of oil in bulk containers, Byodo meets the preferences of every catering and professional kitchen.
