Stephanie was already a part of Byodo in her childhood through her father, the founder Michael Moßbacher. She joined Byodo in 2016 after completing her Master’s degree in Sustainable Marketing and Leadership.

In addition to a management trainee position, she held various roles in marketing and product management. In October 2018, she became a partner at Byodo in addition to heading these two departments. Starting in September 2020, she served as co-CEO alongside Andrea Sonnberger, and in early 2022, she became the sole CEO of Byodo. Beginning in March 2024, she was supported in her role as CEO by Bernd Hochstädter. Since 2025, she has been an active partner at Byodo and has stepped down from the management team.

In her role as an active partner, she would like to continue to inspire even more people to adopt a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle.
