in an interview without words. In September 2019, she began her journey at Byodo as an apprentice in wholesale and foreign trade. She has passed through all the relevant departments. Initially working in order processing and customer service, Ramona now specializes in the purchase and sale of raw materials.

In addition to supplier and customer acquisition, Ramona’s tasks also include handling contracts and negotiations. She analyzes the market, negotiates prices and conditions with suppliers and monitors stock levels. She also coordinates the sale of raw materials and takes care of customer care.
