We have now added two more fruity balsamic varieties to our delicious product portfolio made of 100% finest organic ingredients with the Aronia Balsam and Ginger-Pear Balsam. Aronia berries are a true superfruit and contain a wide range of different vitamins alongside other valuable minerals and trace elements. In addition to an unmistakeable taste, they also lend this balsamic speciality a wonderful dark-violet hue. Our popular Ginger-Pear Balsam is now available in the 0.25 l bottle, promising fruity delight that is even longer-lasting. If you’ve already tasted our Byodo Ginger-Pear Balsam, you’ll know how much of a kick it packs and how deftly it fuses the spiciness of the ginger root with the fruitiness of sweet pears.
As is true of all Byodo balsamic vinegars, the two new products are also harvested through a natural vinegar fermentation process and merely filtered before being filled into their bottles – for natural vinegar enjoyment of the highest calibre! The latest addition to the ranks of our classic vinegar varieties is the extra special Byodo Beer Vinegar. An innovation in the organic foodstuffs market. It is produced by fermenting Neumarkter Lammsbräu EdelHell organic beer until it turns to vinegar. This slow and ongoing process preserves the enzymes and the characteristic taste of the high-quality beer magnificently. The golden-yellow beer vinegar is the perfect addition to sausage and potato salads as well as coleslaws. With its tangy, malty taste, it’s a true delight in Bavarian cuisine along with many others!
