When the young, wild top chefs of the Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) meet up with their favourite suppliers, the result is sure to be a treat for the taste buds! Thanks to the recommendation of our partner and top chef Alexander Huber, Byodo is a proud founding member of the Genussnetz (culinary network), which was launched in 2016. The aim of the network is to bring the best suppliers into contact with the best chefs.
In the network, top chefs cooperate with more than two dozen carefully selected manufacturers of local and sustainably cultivated products from across Germany and the Netherlands. The association and its partners are thus underlining the importance of combined efforts promoting sustainability, local produce and seasonality as well as the conscious use of high-quality foodstuffs.
