Find in Byodo Online-StoreCook the farfalle al dente in salted water, drain and allow to cool. Boil the peas.
Drain the mandarin oranges and collect the juice. Dice the pepper. Put all the ingredients in a big bowl, pour the Dressing Sylt Style over the top and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Ideally leave in the fridge for a few hours to chill and infuse.
If the pasta has absorbed too much dressing, simply add a splash of mandarin juice before serving and mix thoroughly again.
This recipe is great for using up leftover cooked pasta and can be wonderfully prepared in advance for your lunch break or a party.
