Top organic chef Konrad Geiger

Sophisticated organic dishes with a difference – this is what top organic chef Konrad Geiger, who we have been cooperating intensively with since 2006, is all about. Together we carry out cooking workshops for professionals to support them in switching over to organic cuisine. During the one-day seminars with a lot of hands-on experience they learn everything there is to know about organic cooking.

As a young chef Geiger delighted his guests on the cruise ship MS Europa with his creative dishes. He also worked as chef de cuisine at the “Alt-Cannstadt” restaurant in Stuttgart and operated the organic gourmet restaurant “Fürstenfelder” in Fürstenfeldbruck, where he converted completely to organic cooking. Today he mainly works as an organic consultant, enabling others to profit from his experiences. In addition, he is the managing director of
BioKontor 7, a company providing seasonal and regional meals in particular for school and company catering, among others.
