Vegan yes, but only with the best taste – this was our goal in the development process of our new Vegan Mayo. As a specialist for organic fine foods it is particularly important for us to offer also our vegan products with a guarantee for 100% tastiness. Therefore our newest addition to the Byodo Mayonnaises also enthuses non-vegans through its unique creaminess and the fine taste.

How does a mayonnaise without egg work? Our Vegan Mayo is a mayonnaise-like salad cream. In addition to the typical ingredients sunflower oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt, we use – instead of eggs – organic sunflower protein and natural thickeners (guar flour and corn starch). The delicious flavor of sunflower oil is thereby subtly emphasized.

Our Vegan Mayo can be used as a dip with grilled potatoes or for home-made barbecue sauces. It is also suitable for dipping raw vegetables or as a fine ingredient for salad sauces and tastes delicious in burgers or pure with French fries.
