Our snack range is receiving delicious reinforcements in the form of the four new types of savoury and aromatic corn and rice crisps: Rice Crisps with Pea and Salt, Red-Rice Crisps with Chickpea and Salt, Corn Crisps with Salt and Corn Crisps with Legumes and Salt are waiting to be discovered and enjoyed. They are produced by puffing fine Italian organic corn and rice without frying it and then simply spraying it with nutritious corn oil and seasoning it with a little salt. This gives the crisps 50% less fat than conventional crisps! The optimal, light alternative for an evening watching TV with family and friends or the perfect snack for on the go. In addition, the Byodo corn and rice crisps are also suitable for vegans and free from gluten, yeast and added sugar. They are also particularly delicious in combination with the Byodo Gourmet Sauces or home-made dips like salsa and guacamole.

The Byodo Panna Cotta with its new recipe promises the finest in dessert enjoyment and now tempts with the irresistible hint of real organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The sweet delight is now also suitable for vegetarians and easy to make. Simply bring the panna cotta powder to a boil with cream, milk and the sweetener of your choice. Then just chill it and the creamy, delicious classic dessert is ready to enjoy!

The pasta in the Byodo CateringLineCateringLine Products range is also delighted about a new addition in the form of the Byodo Cornicles wholegrain, integral in a 5 kg sack. It is ideal for healthy enjoyment and impresses with ideal cooking properties in canteen kitchens. The wholegrain cornicles are made of 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and are great in hearty pasta bakes and fine pasta salad creations. They are produced using Teflon moulds, which prevent the pasta from clumping together when prepared en masse later. The Byodo pasta is also suitable for cook & chill.
