Colorful pasta salad

The classic pasta salad with colorful vegetables and mozzarella gets a wonderfully fine and spicy note from the Byodo mustard dressing.

500 g Byodo Gnocchi Sardi, semola
6 small gherkins
2 Tomatoes
1 Mozzarella
½ Cucumber
130 g Canned peas & carrots
6 EL Byodo mustard dressing

In the first step, cook the pasta in salted water for 9-10 minutes. In the meantime, chop the gherkins, tomatoes, mozzarella and cucumbers.

Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl and leave to cool. Stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking together.

Once the pasta has cooled, add all the ingredients and mix with the mustard dressing.

Our tip:

This uncomplicated pasta salad goes well with grilled food and is also ideal for lunch at the office.
