Chocolate-nut-cherry cake

A juicy summer treat! The chocolate nut cake with fresh cherries is uncomplicated and simply delicious!

40 ml Milk
4 Eggs
120 g Sugar
200 g Flour
2 TL Baking powder
100 g Nuts, ground
1 Glass Sour cherries
100 g Dark chocolate

Drain the cherries and cut the chocolate into small pieces.

Whisk the oil with the sugar and eggs. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and nuts and stir into the batter alternately with the milk. Fold in the cherries and chocolate with a spoon.

Finally, pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake at 160 °C for 45 minutes.

Our tip:
Best enjoyed warm when the chocolate is still nice and creamy.
