Find in Byodo Online-StoreMelt chocolate coating and coconut oil in water bath. Use fingers to brake schoko disk into small pieces. Mix disk, cornflakes and cinnamon in a bowl, add coating and stir in well. Form small piles on baking paper and leave to solidify in fridge for at least 1 hour. Always store rice crispies in a cool place.
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes, 4 portions
Great as Christmas cookies and as in-between "snack for all seasons".
