200 g chopped tomatoes (fresh or tinned)
2 tbsp Byodo Tomato-Bell Pepper Concentrate
½ red onion
½ clove of garlic
1 tbsp Byodo Frying Oil Olive, mediterranean
1 small chilli
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp Byodo Beer Vinegar
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 pinch of smoked paprika
Byodo Premium Sea Salt, fine
Pepper
Chop the onion and garlic finely. Deseed the chilli and chop into small pieces.
Sweat the onion and garlic in Byodo Frying Oil Olive. Add the tomatoes, Byodo Tomato-Bell Pepper Concentrate, Byodo Beer Vinegar, chilli, smoked paprika, thyme leaves and agave syrup. Allow to simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes.
Season to taste with Byodo Premium Sea Salt and pepper.
