    • buckwheat flour* (49%)
    • sea salt

    Information on production

    Rice and Buckwheat are processed into flour and then mixed with sea salt. In the so-called  extruder the mixture is pressed through special dies by means of pressure and heat.This procedure lasts ca. 2-3 seconds. As soon as the rice-buckwheat-mixture contacts with air, the light crisp-bread evolves.

    Take ...

    Preparation:

    First peel and roughly chop garlic clove. Then cut feta into rough pieces. Put both in bowl and blend in blender together with tomato purée, washed basil and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes, 4 portions

    Our advice:

    Fresh crisp bread tastes great as croutons in your favourite soup! Simply cut crisp bread into dices or triangles with sharp knife and add to soup before serving.
