Panna Cotta is a typical Italian dessert and literally translated it means "cooked cream". Cooked organic Panna Cotta tastes great with fresh strawberries or wild berries - garnished with Crema con "Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P" a dream come true!

    Panna Cotta on a Fruit Coulis

    1 sachet Byodo Panna Cotta
    500 g strawberries
    40 g icing sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
    Byodo Crema con “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP”
    Mint leaves

    Preparation:

    Prepare the Byodo Panna Cotta following the instructions on the packet. For the coulis, wash and clean the strawberries (set 4 nice strawberries to one side for the garnish) and purée with the icing sugar and lemon juice. Pass through a fine sieve and pour onto cold plates. Turn the Panna Cotta out onto the coulis and garnish with the remaining berries, Crema con “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” and mint leaves. Alternatively, you can also use fresh fruits of the forest instead of strawberries in autumn.
