    The organic frying oil olive is - like all byodo oils - at first generated through a cold-pressing-process from the first pressing, of course. Throughout the subsequent steamwash (=desodorization) at low temperatures there are intensive dyestuffs and flavouring agents extracted from the oil. In that way the oil becomes more stable against heat and particularly mild in flavour.

      • How to know the optimal frying and deep-frying temperature? Stick a wooden spoon into the hot oil - when you see small air bubbles you may put the food in the oil. At the ideal temperature you will get a gold brown crust and your dish will be well cooked and remains juicy. If the temperature is too low the cooking process will be prolonged and the food will absorb too much fat.
