    Information on production

    To begin with the organic mustard seeds are sorted and washed. In the next step the seeds are carefully pressed in rollers and turned into soft grist. By adding water, vinegar, salt and spices the so-called mash is created. By letting the mash rest for a while the mustard aroma can optimally unfold. After that everything is grinded until it forms a creamy mass and then filled into jars.
