  • 3 tbsp Byodo Wild Garlic Mustard
  • 2 tbsp pearl onions, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 200 g pickled gherkins, diced
  • 1 red paprika, diced
  • 1 green paprika, diced
  • 2 tbsp Byodo Condimento Bianco
  • Byodo Atlantic Sea Salt, fine-grained
  • black pepper, fresh ground

For relish: Stir all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Brush bread slices with olive oil and fry both sides in pan until golden-brown. Top 4 bread slices with tomatoes and Scarmorza and melt in oven. Spread remaining bread slices with relish and top with iceberg lettuce. Arrange sandwiches and serve immediately.
