Ingredients dressing

Mix bulgur or couscous with vegetable broth and olive oil and blanch with 1,5 times the amount of boiling water. Leave mixture to steep for 5 minutes. Finely chop and add paprika, spring onions, ewe´s cheese and parsley. Ground all spices and add fresh ginger - blend dressing. Mix couscous mixture with dressing after steeping.
