Finely blend ginger, almond puree, garlic, raspberry balsam vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup and sesame oil. Cut zucchini, red cabbage, carrots, onions, apple, paprika and coconut into fine strips and put in bowl with sprouts and chilli. Add marinade and mix thoroughly. Add coriander season salad with salt and pepper and arrange on plates. Garnish with cashew kernels and pumpkin seed oil.
