Frisée salad with Gorgonzola-Crostini (4 portions)

Ingredients Frisée salad
  • 2 heads Frisée salad, washed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Gorgonzola
  • 1 tsp chive, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Byodo Lemon Balsamic
  • Byodo Atlantic Sea Salt, fine-grained
  • black pepper, ground
  • 8 slices baguette, 2 cm thick, baked until golden-brown
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, roasted and roughly chopped
Ingredients Dressing

Stir Gorgonzola, chive, cream cheese and lemon balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and spread on baguette slices. Mix together ingredients for dressing and leave to steep briefly. Mix lettuce with dressing and arrange on 4 plates. Serve with crostini and hazelnuts.
