Preheat oven to 180 °C. Boil pasta in unsalted water, sieve and drain.
Mix mascarpone, honey, vanilla powder and lemon zests well. Add noodles and eggs and fold in with fork. Heat walnut oil and 1 tbsp butter in oven-proof pan. Pour in mixture and bake for 1 minute at medium temperature. Put pan in oven for 10 min then remove and turn pancakes. Bake for another 5 minutes then tear apart into small pieces with spatula. Put remaining butter in pan, sprinkle with sugar and bake until golden-brown.
Slice strawberries, place on "Schmarrn" and serve with vanilla-ice-cream.
