Strawberries with quark-foam

Strawberries with quark-foam (4 portions)

  • 2 yolks
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 125 g quark
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 500 g strawberries
  • Byodo D`ORO Balsamico
  • "Pink Pepper" (pink pepper berries)

Beat yolks and icing sugar to a foam and stir in quark. Fold in whipped cream. Cut strawberries into slices and arrange on plate. Sprinkle with foam and gratinate in oven using top-heat. Enrich with balsamic vinegar and freshly crushed pink pepper berries.
