For the dressing: Stir orange mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and balsamic vinegar and slowly add to olive oil. Season breasts with salt and pepper brown quickly in rape seed oil and grill in oven for 12 min at 150 °C. Meanwhile dress salad and garnish with almonds, sprouts, cherry tomatoes and chicken breast.
