QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Byodo`s product range exclusively covers organic products. Therefore we naturally are subjected to control methods of EU-eco-regulations. (control agency responsible for Byodo: QC&I). As a member of the BNN (German Natural Food and Product Alliance) we underlie even stricter guidelines and fulfil the requirements of the Bio-Kodex. The Bio-Kodex defines value policies, such as i.e. "organic food with origin" or "responsibility towards humans, animals and environment" (www.bio-kodex.de)
By choosing Byodo, you will get products made from 100 % organic ingredients - purely organic. In addition we voluntarily commit to further responsibilities fulfilling the guidelines regarding "children and baby nutrition". (mycotoxin/pesticides and heavy metals)
Our quality management carefully checks every product batch. This includes a comprehensive plan of analysis according to our product specifications and sensory testing. This is implemented by Dr. Karin Huber, our sensory expert for organic food. Should any further sensory issues arise she can always rely on the support of the internal Byodo-panel, a group of nine experts regularly trained in this field.
We guarantee our customers a gapless traceability for every product batch of our range. Since the foundation of our company we have been in close cooperation with the growers association of "Bioland".
By now, almost one quarter of all Byodo products carries the attribute "Bioland".
Thanks to various research products and to the fact that we are part of important expert boards we have always been on the current level of research concerning product quality. As soon as possible we integrate the latest analysis results into our product and quality management - this is guaranteed.

PACKAGING
Our packaging protects our products from negative external influences and helps preserve the high food quality on the way from the producer to the final consumer.
Even the labels have to fulfil certain quality requirements. Not only do they brief the customer on all used ingredients and the legal regulations, but they often offer information on taste and give helpful clues to "try and enjoy"!
When it comes to packaging design we pay great attention to good salability, easy handling when pouring and dosing as well as convenient sizes.
Every product has its own character and individual requirements concerning specification, production, analysis and packaging. That´s our responsibility.
Our INDULGENCE COMMITMENT
Byodo products stand for premium organic quality. That is why we already set value on the highest possible quality and taste when we start developing our products. Like that only the most delicious recipes find their way into our product range. Besides that regular product tests and tastings take place amongst our internal sensory panel as well as amongst the Byodo consumer panel.
Our suppliers and manufacturers are carefully selected - not only from a professional point of view. They must also suit us on a human scale and share our passion for organic products coupled with a promise for indulgence.
