How about a dessert of rapini with chocolate mousse, Prisecco iced apple and Byodo cassis balm? This delicious and unusual dessert is the creative invention of our partner and renowned star chef Alexander Huber, and thrilled the participants at the first JRE Genussnetz meeting. As a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), Alexander Huber is the patron of this unique project, which is intended to send a signal. "These are producers that we can recommend with a good conscience to anyone who values sustainability," the young star chef affirms. What also links us is our commitment to quality and, above all, the taste experience!

We, too, participated in the inaugural event in Filderstadt and feel very honoured to be part of this network, where the best of Germany's chefs are brought together with the best providers.
